This limited edition cereal was marketed in conjunction with the 1990's Spider-Man animated series that appeared on the Fox Kids Network.
It consisted of Chex-style pieces, supposed to resemble webs and four different kinds of marshmallows. The marshmallows were made in the shapes of Spider Symbols, The Evil Kingpin, Hobgoblin's Pumpkin Bomb, and Peter Parker's Camera.
